alone or

videos.
What is
it? It's
a 4 ft
long, 2
inch
wide
black
band
that is
wrapped
around
the
waist
and
attaches
with
velcro.
It has
two
rubber
bands
which
attaches
to a
hook on
the back
of the
velcro
belt.
While
not
using
the
cords
you
simply
tuck
them in
the
front of
the
belt.
The Walk
belt
helps
you burn
fat
quicker
by
engaging
the
abdominal
muscles.
The
bands
provide
resistance
to
sculpt
the
waistline.
These
new Walk
Belt
comes
with two
sets of
interchangeable
tubing
and has
padded
handles
for
comfort
of use.
